Karl Hargestam

Karl is an author, public speaker, pilot, pioneer, and social entrepreneur. Karl and his wife Jennifer are founders of Joshua Campaign International, Mission One Eleven and several other social enterprises.

At the age of 21, Karl Hargestam left his native Sweden with a mandate in his heart to share the gospel with unreached people groups in Africa. Since his early mission work in Africa, God has empowered Karl, together with his family and staff, to become catalysts of spiritual change among African tribes who have never heard the name of Jesus.

Karl’s message, “One Chance for Every Person,” is a vision born from a conviction that everyone should hear the gospel at least once. Already 4.7 million people have responded to the Gospel and thousands of churches have been planted all around the world. Crowds of up to 370,000 in a single event have attended one of Karl’s services or festivals.

Karl, Jennifer and a host of their teams are challenging a generation of believers to respond to God’s call, to join together with them in this “assignment” to preach the Gospel in new and unconquered territories around the world.

Today Karl serves as the Executive Director of CityServe, an organization helping the Church share the love of Jesus to meet the needs of the most desperate. He also sits as the President of Mission One Eleven.

Karl and his wife Jennifer, have 4 children, and 1 son-in-law.
